Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your handmade mug 🦕

Because every mug is handmade and painted by David, small differences and imperfections are completely normal and part of what makes each piece unique.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • be returned in its original packaging

  • include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your mug arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Handmade Items

Every mug is handmade and painted individually by David.

Because of this, slight variations in color, brush strokes, shape, or small imperfections are not considered defects — they are part of the handmade process and make every mug one of a kind.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • personalized/custom orders

  • gift cards

  • sale items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds are sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, as long as the item remains unused and in its original condition.
