PRODUCTS
Every mug sold on David Mugs is handmade and painted individually.
Because of the handmade nature of our products:

slight imperfections are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects
We do our best to display product colors and details as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your device screen will display colors perfectly.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
ORDERS
By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases involving suspected fraud, pricing mistakes, or unavailable inventory.
Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
PRICING
All prices are listed in your local currency where applicable.
Prices may change without notice.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or local duties that may apply to international orders.
SHIPPING
Processing times are usually 2–4 business days.

Once the package has been shipped, responsibility passes to the shipping carrier.

Because every mug is handmade, minor variations are not considered valid reasons for refunds.
